The Parent Enrichment Program is an 8-week trauma-informed parenting class designed to empower parents and caregivers with practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and emotional support to strengthen family relationships and improve overall family functioning. This program focuses on effective communication, emotional regulation, collaborative problem solving, attachment, age-appropriate interventions, stress management, and positive parenting techniques. Through psychoeducation, group discussion, and skill-building activities, caregivers will gain confidence in navigating behavioral challenges while creating calmer, more connected, and cohesive family environments.   

 The program is appropriate for:

• Parents/caregivers experiencing parenting challenges

• Families involved with DSS or court systems

•  Parents of children with emotional or behavioral concerns

• Families impacted by trauma or family instability

• Caregivers seeking improved communication and parenting skills

•  Parents requiring additional support with emotional regulation, structure, and family functioning
