Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluation is a one-time diagnostic assessment designed to provide a detailed clinical understanding of an individual’s emotional, psychological, behavioral, and social functioning. This service is completed upon referral/request and is intended to assist in identifying behavioral health needs, diagnostic impressions, and treatment or service recommendations.  The primary goal of the evaluation is to move beyond presenting symptoms to assess underlying concerns, behavioral patterns, environmental influences, and contributing psychosocial factors affecting an individual’s mental health and overall functioning.
