Supervised Visitation offers monitoring of the interaction between children and their non-custodial parents in a setting that meets the conditions and authority of DSS or Court Services as authorized. The assigned Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) may assist the family with transportation for these visits. These visits can occur at an EZETT authorized location, family’s home, or other approved location. These visits are denoted in progress notes and monthly summaries to be shared with the referring agency, FAPT, and other service providers as required.
